I am someone who was diagnosed at a young age with dysmenorrhea, which includes severe painful menstrual cycles. The Cycle Plant-Based Wellness Patch did precisely what it was supposed to do. As soon as the patch was placed on the lower abdomen below the belly button I immediately felt the menthol working, creating a cooling and soothing sensation on the skin. Due to my dysmenorrhea, I still had to take a painkiller, but the patch helped as well to alleviate the painful cramping.
